After returning from a stint in the Navy, Carl worked for a heating and air conditioning company based out of Hot Springs, AR. Carl and Mary moved their family back to their hometown of Plainview, AR in 1986 where Carl began his business as Yates Heating & Air. After 26 years, they decided to open a 2nd location here in Arkansas, where their current office is located. They needed more of a social presence, new website, and social management.
